Every Autumn I can't wait to get this skirt out. I've talked about it lots before and why I love it so much (amongst other things it has pockets). In fact, this outfit comprises several of my favourite seasonal items. I love how the brooch looks on my jacket and it's been in place ever since I received it as it goes so well with so many of the things I wear at this time of year. My hair is getting so long but I'm getting quite attached to length. It was curled here using this method; I do like the looser curls/waves for more casual days, especially when it's a bit damp outside so my curls tend to drop out more quickly.

These photos were taken in Castleton in the Peak District, which is such a great example of the type of scenery common to Derbyshire where I'm originally from. I really miss it now I've moved away so I do like to take as many opportunities to visit even though it's several hours to travel. Derbyshire is always worth it for me.

Let's get social!
